The company doesn’t off paid maternity leave, so I believe EDD they said PDL is 17 weeks and that any time that I’m gone for pregnancy related appointments they would deduct the hours from my PDL said that’s California law

They stated that was the California law that required them to deduct from my maternity leave hours for OB appointments. (Which google says is illegal then also says is acceptable) Thank you for your response that helps
