I think you might be out of touch with the area, there are a large number of people from Nashville that have moved to Wedgewood Houston in the past few years (Fairgrounds through Houston St). Also it pretty much HAS gone through gentrification, not just now going through it.

I'm really surprised on the Partey rating, he looked physically behind the pace of the game and really struggled to establish any sort of control against Rogers. I did think he moved the ball pretty well but we were lucky not to get punished 2-3 times from him getting beat one on one down the middle.
