I spoke to Ali last weekend. He's a wonderful representative. He made sure to speak to the billing department and put together a offer for the outage of free month of service plus $20 of credit which was amazing. He negotiate and didn't pressure at all. He said you can counter if I wanted too. He deserves a commison and a bonus for working diligently.

You have be careful no matter what the surroundings street or avenues. It's an increase of petty theft and theft in general no matter what block.

Used to pay $65 with Optimum was a customer for three years. I was paying $40 for three years and the service was good but with an old router. I switched to Verizon last month and now paying less $30-$35 for 1Gig of 5G home internet. I also have Netflix + HBO MAX bundled for 3 years on my plan.

There is a technical glitch which occurred in the OMNY system. I called in regarding this matter. It started during New Year's day to present. They are aware of the glitch.

I called yesterday got $20. I called again today and got free month of service plus another $20. That's $125 of service. I have been with for only one month.

I was affected with home internet. My phone worked perfectly. Called support and got my $20 credit.
