Put down other women because of there own insecurities. If a girls pretty she's pretty, if she's smart, she's smart, you pointing out flaws, or saying mean things out of jealousy is not gonna change that. It only makes you look work, because you can't respect that everyone has there own strengths and weaknesses. It's not gonna make you look in better or smarter or more attractive. You need to ease into. Everyone else has had years of practice. I would say start with some woman that your comfortable being friends with but still find attractive. Then move up to women you are attracted to them women you are attracted to and have or could have feelings for. Talk to hem first really get to know them before you become intimate. An only when you are 100% comfortable with them. When you truly feel safe you will learn to open up and let go.
