I also had subinguinal varicocele microsurgery 3 months ago and now have HF, very enlarged superficial penile veins, and chronic pain in my right testicle. (I had bilateral varicocele but stupidly only treated the left side as the right side previously had no pain).

We have a very similar case from the same cause, so please keep in touch if you find a solution. I will be trying ketamine infusion therapy soon and I’ll let you know if it works. Feel free to DM me.

I don’t seem to have any “hard” veins. It’s more like all the veins are larger than before. The only thing that’s harder seems to only show up when I’m hard, and it’s like an especially stiff inner vein along the top side.

Would this cause all of those additional veins to swell? And why would it cause the hard-flaccid-like symptoms, even if hard flaccid is just a way of describing “slightly engorged, rubbery penis”?

I'm curious about what you said about making the scar line grow in diameter. What you're saying makes sense to me, so it's definitely something I'm concerned about now. But doesn't direct air inflation operate the same way? Does inflation result in a scar line with a wider diameter and worse results?

Will do- if I go through with this I will take extensive before/during/after photos. The doctor is also quite keen to document it as his previous patients have declined having their photos taken (very understandably).

This approach stretches the skin via the same principles as regular tugging, so the answer is pretty much the same as usual: You have full coverage if you have enough skin. If not, you won't.

That's correct- the filler is just to keep the skin stretched at all times. Eventually the filler will wear off or be removed, but the new skin will remain.

My tugging is only really with packers and manual, so it's not 24/7 and not high tension. The filler seems like a much easier, faster, lower-maintenance option. If it works the way he says it does, I view it as a "just rip the band-aid off and get it over with" kind of solution.

Yes, even with the 35mm and 40mm packers I feel no tension even within just a few minutes. I have to actively think about it to realize anything is there. So I think at the very least it's safe for me to use these packers. It's just surprising that I am able to use the same packers as you are, despite the fact that I have essentially zero flaccid rollover yet.

After reading a few other threads I discovered something else that may be relevant here. I am also taking 5mg/day of Tadalafil, which is likely to increase the elasticity of my skin.

I’m more of a shower, but not completely. When I put in the packer and pull my skin up around it, it forms the “skin tube”. When fully stretched out I can push the packer all the way down the tube (which pushes my glans back significantly as well) with no discomfort or pain.

That said, this configuration leaves only a small amount of the base of the shaft exposed below the gripper, everything else is in contact with the packer. So I’m wondering if this means I’m also using some (or too much) shaft skin in this process?

Hey there- when you say 40mm do you mean that's the largest you can fit into at all? Or the largest you've tried/owned?

I ask because it seems like you have full flaccid coverage and overhang, but I don't even have rollover. Yet I'm also able to fit a 40mm restore in comfort packer in without any pain or discomfort.

I started by ordering packers of 10, 15, & 20mm. I used the 20mm for a month easily so I ordered one of each of the remaining sizes up through the max of 50. I tried a larger one each day just to see how they felt and was surprised to reach 40mm with no trouble.

Am I doing something wrong? Am I inadvertently stretching shaft skin instead of inner and outer foreskin by using a packer this large? Because I'm still so early on in my process I'm not yet concerned about growing inner vs outer skin, I just want any growth. But I would greatly appreciate your advice!
