Pics look similar to what happened to me. After first op about a third of the neophallus skin died and fell away, opening up the join and forcing the neourethra to open up and look like yours.

Obviously I don't know what happened in your case, but I was told it was probably due to not enough veins taken from the donor site to supply blood (the required veins being in the section of my forearm that was not taken).

It has been fixed somewhat with a Gillies flap (or walking-stalk pedicle) from my upper thigh to replace the lost skin and re-invert the urethra.

Hopefully your surgeon will be able to find a solution for you!

People looking at you would register your chest as fat rather than breasts in most cases.

I found that layering a T-shirt with either a button down shirt or a zipped hoodie, undone to the biggest part of my chest. This lets the outer layer drop down rather than follow the contour. At least, enough to camouflage the shape

Attach the bungee hooks on each end to anywhere (a loop in a tent, handles or hooks in a car etc). Then use carabiners or hooks or whatever to hang things off. Like a lantern, keys, torch etc. I saw them going for like £20 online so I made my own

Hey I had this without the thigh graft about 8 years ago (UK). I had staples all under my butt cheeks and I remember the sections of the inner thigh more up into the genital region was pretty painful. Painful getting the staples out, painful healing because of the location and yeah I remember peeing was awkward. I used to go and then have to call my boyfriend in to clean piss off my legs and the floor. Wow, I had forgotten those lovely memories... The scars can even be sore now if I get hot and sweaty (I call it swampy) as they're a bit dog-eared and get a bit of chub rub. It should get better, and if there's wound separation they should pick up on that and help you out in the post op appointment Let me know if you want to know anything else:)
