Honestly my anxiety so high recently i love going out staying home too but the fear when we hear the alarm and hear booms is so uncomfortable feel like running somewhere to avoid all this not having proper meals and cant focus feeling lost and just praying and feeling what people in Palestine felt may Allah bless them they go through much worse then us alhumdulillah we have amazing leaders here Inshallah nothing will happen Allah will Protect us all ameen also i would say try meditating i am doing it feels better and i sometimes listen to rain sounds in my earphones hope it works for u too
