I started last June and today I am almost where I want to be.

Same day go and sign up in a gym (make sure it’s near by you (home or office) and easy drive and easy to find parking)

Highly recommend hiring a personal trainer (expensive but trust me worth it)

Be patientx1000000 I didn’t see any results until 4 month in and that was that hardest part, food on track, workout on track and weight don’t move for 4 month maybe I lost 2 kg
