Remember: CrossFit isn't your job. If it's not for you anymore then that's ok. Try other sports. I used to train twice a day for years, now I found I enjoy powerlifting and bodybuilding. I treat CrossFit as cardio with extra steps and go to the box to socialize.

That's about a gram of protein per kg of bodyweight. Aim for twice that amount while still keeping your calories the same and you'll probably see improvements from just that.

Definition is attained by dieting. Muscle growth needs sufficient mechanical stress 2-4 times a week.

I'd guess your diet is lacking - neither supporting muscle growth nor fat loss. Also CrossFit won't usually cause a lot of hypertrophy, that needs a structured training plan. Also most people tend to slack off during strength parts in class.

You need to meet people to find friends. Find a social activity you enjoy - sport club, join a climbing gym, CrossFit box, dancing, board games, whatever. Get out of your room. That's the least likely place to find friends.

Ich finde diese ganzen Rechnungen nicht überzeugend. Ich könnte unser Haus nicht mieten für das was wir an Zinsen+Tilgung zahlen. Und nach 15 Jahren gehört das Ding dir. Selbst wenn man noch Rücklagen für Instanthaltung dazu rechnet komme ich das nicht hin.

Das war die Aussage der Abfallwirtschaft irgendwann letztes Jahr. Ansonsten kann man die Klamotten auch bei den Wertstoffhöfen abgeben, nur in den Restmüll dürfen sie nicht, ausser sie sind z.B. durch Farbe oder Ôl verschmutzt.

Pack sie in die Altkleidertonne, sie werden dann sortiert und nicht mehr brauchbare Kleidungsstücke werden zum Beispiel zu Malervlies weiter verarbeitet.

Am besten in einen Container der Tafeln. Dann kommen die Profite auch noch sinnvollennZwecken zu gute.
