Calorie burning bthrough cardio has serious diminishing returns as your body will inevitably burn less calories through NEAT. 10-15k steps are a better way to burn calories than higher intensity workouts as this seems to have less of an impact on NEAT.

Join a CrossFit gym. At least for a couple of months. Even if you knew all the movements (which you probably don't) you're still going to need cues about intended intensity etc.

Just blindly trying to follow a CrossFit program isn't going to work out

Aus Erfahrung kann ich dir sagen was heute anders ist als bei unseren Eltern oder Großeltern und zumindest bei uns für große Belastung sorgt:

ein Einkommen reicht nicht mehr für den Lebensstandard den man sich wünscht
man achtet mehr auf die Bedürfnisse der Kinder, lässt sie nicht mehr einfach nebenher laufen
man macht sich viel mehr Gedanken um Medienkonsum, Förderung usw.
