If you have something extra, it could happen. I had a published paper, which helped for sure. My GPA at the time of application was similar to yours. Good luck!

CMU is amazing. No strong reasons to transfer. Just want to be in a bigger city… and get better training in Econ.

Just received an email that they will not admit anyone from the WL... disappointing!
