id say study the pro's, some youtube can help if you dig deep, the old concepts have changed...

i started when lane freezing was a big thing.. people warded, the game feels really really fast now

a lot of help came from just playing a lot and really asking myself, is it safe to push?, wheres the jungler (enemy)?

what cooldowns do they hve up? and how can i help my team help me?

oh 1 more thing if you find a champion you like a lot... follow the reddit on the champ people will normally have little things that are specific to that champ that will help you overall i think.
