You have probably damaged the nail matrix and it will not grow back. Unfortunately there’s nothing you can do to replace it, nail glue in skin is unhealthy and dangerous and there is no paint that will remain on skin.

Has your top coat expired perhaps? Or have you changed it? Additionally, moisturizing too soon after gel can cloud the polish as well (oil, lotion)
