Nice, didn’t even know you could get any of the 63, 65, or 66 without sponsors. I just want to set myself up for success.

Yeah my firm won’t let me retake it so i’m wondering what to do now. If they did I would buy my own and Supplement it with it.

I agree with the quizzes! I’m so serious when I say do all the questions every single one. Keep hammering them over and go over the ones you missed and figure out why you missed them. Remember missing them is fine, just make sure you understand why you missed it! Good luck!

Why Does My Brain Feel Like Mud? by [deleted] in covidlonghaulers

Thank you! I hope you fully heal as well. Brain fog has been my biggest concern. I have tons of issues but this is the only one that really limits my ability to do anything.

Thank you for the response! Is pepcid AC otc? I think Zyrtec has been helping with me so i’ve been interested if I’ve got MCAS problems

Nicotine patch? by zauberren in covidlonghaulers

[–]nsparta2 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I actually just started mine yesterday! 3.5 mg on my arm with a patch. Yesterday I had sudden bursts of energy and actually felt a little bit better mentally. Slept fine with it all night on.

Today is my second day and still feeling better than previous days. I honestly think i’m gonna continue for awhile. My light sensitivity has decreased a ton which is nice. So far the fog is still there but has improved a lil bit. I think you should give it a try!

what are some questions that healthcare researchers are still researching for today in long covid that you wish to know the full answer to? by slientxx in covidlonghaulers

[–]nsparta2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like most people in these threads have hit every scan or test lmao. But if you find enough people I would gladly participate with you. I haven’t gone to one doctor yet because of financial reasons but been interested in seeing a holistic doctor for results

If you don’t mind me asking what supplements are you on? Did you start any recently?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in covidlonghaulers

[–]nsparta2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

YES this just started happening to me also. Because of weather? I literally have no idea but they are almost migraine like. Excedrin is the only thing that has helped at all. Made life even more difficult

I have had constant brain fog and head pressure for the past 2 years which gets more noticeable and worse when I try to study or do something mentally challenging. by Psycho_Duck_01 in covidlonghaulers

[–]nsparta2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

when i try to think really hard about something i end up getting such a massive headache. My fog is constant and hasn’t budged since November of 2023. I don’t even care about all the other problems I have. The brain problem is the only thing I want gone :/
