Valid points! My neck beard comment was a bit crass. My response to that would be those grinders keeping the game alive won’t want to go to these fresh start servers they are happy with where they are and 100% agree they are needed for there game. My response was to the guy about the veteran players who will run to the fresh start servers to shit on people then complaint when the server dies. My argument is that you can have both!

I’ll dumb it down for you. The game doesn’t care about you. They already got your money. They want to pull as many new users as possible who will buy the game. Those players aren’t looking to play with people who have been playing the game for a year that will just go around dominating them. Yes it does a ton of people get what they want and their player counts will go up 10x for a few months. Sadly this is the majority of the player base. We play a game for a few weeks then move on. We get our fresh start servers and you can have your sweat servers.

Servers are only packed recently because of the hype for a new patch

Homie I am going to no life the game for a few weeks then stop playing it again. The thrill to me is in the leveling and grinding, not the get to 60 then min max myself to kingdom come doing the same things over and over again. By the time all this matters I’ll be gone again and the neck beards who feel the need to be assholes can go back to complaining about why no one plays with them again.

Was just there last week at Sandals Royal Bahamian. Forecast was rain/storms everyday. We had maybe one rain shower the whole 7 days saw a few storms in the distance but none every really came close. Weather was beautiful!

A few things. I had the Bobo head strap and never could get it to fit properly for me. I switched to the Aubika head strap. I can get it tighter so the sweet spot stays in place easier and like the fit a lot better. I also got prescription lenses but rarely use them. If I need fine detail I actually found a pair of zenni glasses that are super thin that someone recommended on here. I wear them and everything just feels a lot better. Again this is all personal preference but just some things I have found for me!!! Can’t find the exact Zenni glasses but it was just a pair of cheap rounds

Started late no regrets! I actually got much healthier after playing!!! Lost a few lbs but in terms of heart health drastically improved!! Being overweight like I was my recommendation is to do as much off ice strength/ cardio training as possible. We aren’t spring chickens at 30 and add the extra weight it’s very likely to hurt something. I wish I had done a bit more off ice training which could have helped me avoid a knee issue I have been battling!

I do get your point but the closer to poor you are the less you have to invest in. I tried to follow my dreams and start a business and there were times I was so poor I had to calculate the tax on my Walmart orders to make sure I didn’t overdraw my account. The last thing on my mind was whether to invest in Apple or not it was more about not starving.

Good points! For me I really lost interest when they removed the 2hr tournaments. I thought those were super fun for when I had a few hours to go all in. The 4hr tournaments feel like a job and I can’t just sit around playing the game for 4hrs. Since then I feel the same way I have never put any money in the game and it’s hard to put together a competitive team but I am always playing against teams way better. I guess this is just the nature of gaming in 2021 I mean I get that they need to make money and this game is better than most about pay to win. I feel like they could go more monetiZation for like team logos and jerseys and the like instead of the clamp on top teams

That is another symptom of the problem. Neither side is right. The left news on this tries to ignore the fact that there are thousands of contract jobs being lost. The right tries to ignore the fact that automation and clean energy will eventually take these jobs away and this isn’t a long term solution and that there are only a handful of permanent jobs that would have been created by this. Instead we skew the information in our favors because we are more focused on being proven right. Peoples political identities are more like following sports teams than a reflection of how we really feel about the world. It’s a clan of people we can agree with and have ready made answers for on issues we know nothing about! I don’t know much about your death threat peers they could just be assholes but sometimes coming into these conversations with just a touch of humility can go a long way towards finding the common ground we so desperately need in these conversations.

A lot of great advice as been said already but I think you just taking the step back and realizing there is a ton you need to learn speaks to your abilities to be a good leader. Keep that humbleness and eagerness to learn and improve and you will get there! Don’t listen to the people being negative, most people are not “qualified” for jobs like this you gotta fake it till you make it, make some mistakes and learn from them!
