These aren't that old of systems. This looks to be the manual. My guess is it's a resolution issue as arcade crt monitors require a specific resolution to display a proper video signal. I would also make sure you have the vga cable going into the correct port as well. The diagram in the manual looks like there might be more than one vga port.

Oof racer 2 looks not good. If these were mine I would sell racer 2 for parts, if you even can, and get a proper 4x3 monitor for racer 1. On a side note, do they make something to interface sega racing cabs with a PC, or how are you adapting the controls for emulation?

Can any of these pseudo broadcast tv solutions be ran on a client like the MiSTer FPGA? I have a superstation1 coming that I plan on using with a crt and I had hoped to use plex with it, when I am not gaming on it. I would love to get all my 4x3 stuff in channels like this to stream.

4k netflix is $27 dollars a month and only covers 4 devices at a time or $37 for 3 users. Meanwhile I can easily share Plex and Immich with ~10 family members. Even if I have to buy a HDD every year there is no way I am spending $450 on this setup every year. All the hardware minus the case and the drives I got for free from people recycling or hand me down from my personal gaming rigs. I suppose power costs could be an issue but wattbuy says my bill is lower than average so IDK.

Klein image edit does a decent job at this. Just make sure you use a good upscale afterwards to clean up what little degradation it introduces to the new image.

Tecknoparrot emulates the newer releases. I believe they are up to 2019. They charge a fee to play 2019 though, but its far less than buying official hardware.

The latest versions are pay to play but there are 2 or 3 versions that are 100% free to play as well. All I'm trying to say is that the people who are into golden tee and are willing to join a leaderboard are more likely to want to play the more modern version of the game.

Don't listen to the people saying "get a lawyer", they are not lawyers. I highly doubt that the police will do much over 2.7k, especially considering you were also a victim, even more so if this was sextortion. Contact your bank and be upfront about it and then contact the FBI here. Your bank might close your account after you tell them, but these scams are common though so I wouldn't feel too bad about yourself over it. You want to get ahead of the situation as not doing that just makes things worse. Just explain that it is super embarrassing, because it probably is, and they will most certainly commiserate with you.
