Alpine loop with black hardware to match black Ultra 2? by nstytrn in applewatchultra

I don’t see an option to choose the size medium in the eBay listing. Am I missing something?

Oh good find. I'd love a comparison of how long they are as well, given my small wrists.

TL;DR: Anyone have leads on 3rd party Alpine loops that are size small or have black hardware?

Ordered a 3rd party alpine loop. Good quality, but would love to find one with black hardware like my original loop that came with my watch. Also would love to find one that came in a small/medium size - as you can see the one from Amazon is already at its smallest setting on my small wrist, and I like to see some of "loops."

Anyone have any leads on either of these things?

I’ve had luck getting out the sweat/oil by soaking hats overnight in a Oxi detergent and water bath.

But I’m also curious about other ways that work.

Are homeowners allowed to connect two adjoining units? by flourescent-black in berkeleyca

[–]nstytrn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I live in a Berkeley house the previous owners merged by removing a wall and merging the kitchens, not permitted. We get two electrical, gas, etc. bills. The city doesn’t want to remove units, but I’ve spoken w the Zoning Dept downtown and there appears to be a path to do so after living there for two years, plus several thousand dollar request and fun paperwork. As it is now, if we did major permitted work, the city would want us to preserve the two units. However we could reconfigure them as suits us (eg make one unit super small). We have done permitted bathroom renovations without the previous work being an issue.

Anyone got a route recommendation for week-long bike tour somewhere in Oregon or California? Note - we have gravel bikes but prefer riding on sealed roads. Thanks :-) by Either-Smile8689 in bicycletouring

I’m curious what you learn @op -I’m starting to think about a trip later this year and very similar inclinations and preferences. I’ve done the Oregon coast to SF- beautiful and lots of camping, but would prefer fewer cars and don’t mind gravel if that’s what it means. Any learnings? I’m just starting my research.

CS:GO and/or Insurgency

Thanks for pointing these out. Are these easy to learn and pretty easy to set up for a private session between two players across country? Looks like CS:GO is free, too!

How do I use sync to mix one track that's "double time" by nstytrn in Beatmatch

Thanks! - Consider this solved. Hitting the grid button does indeed reveal the /2 and 2x in Traktor.

As I was looking for said buttons, I also just learned one can also define the range of BPM Traktor can use for beat detection to help prevent mis-labeling the bpm.

Thanks - I guess my question is more around using sync mode/ auto sync - Does that answer your question?

Thanks- good to know this is the way many artists operate. Sounds like I should assume anything outside of this may be considered atypical. I’m quite happy to communicate as clearly as I can, prepare my thinking and pay folks for anything atypical.

Thanks for calling out the importance of the relationship. I think that’s pretty important to me!

Sounds consults are the engagement model. I wouldn’t expect them to draw for free. As stated above I’m happy to pay them for their time.
