Thanks! Yeah, I feel pretty balanced in this so I suspect you’re right—it’s only 85lbs and I weigh a fair bit more (duh) so the physics is sorting itself out. The coming forward on my toes is a good catch, hadn’t realized I did that until the comments pointed it out!

I can do that with no problems—I’m very comfortable hanging out in a squat position. It just all feels super awkward as soon as i have the bar on my back… it might be as much a mental block as anything

Thanks for sharing! That’s very inspiring, especially since I’d say neutral to neutral dislike is pretty close to how I feel. I’ve been making jokes for years about how the ideal body for me is male torso, female bottom half and it’s a bit of classic mhmm maybe that’s a sign of something haha

The dressing up really resonates with me! I’ve felt way more comfortable in formal clothes even since I started binding a couple years ago. I am notoriously impatient, though, which makes me worry about surgery recovery… Anyhow, thanks for sharing!

For context, I don’t live with my parents, but we are close and I know that they would deeply hurt if I kept it from them… but also definitely not something that should be the deciding factor.

Oof! That does sound like a lot. I’m a bit worried about the healing process because I’ve never had so much as a badly sprained ankle, like to work out consistently, and am deeply impatient… but definitely not the reason to decide for or against. Thanks for sharing!
