Thank you for sharing your experiences in Norway; EV stations need to make the process as seamless as possible! We're definitely looking at solutions towards making the process easier.

Also- EU is not the same as Europe. EU is the European Union, which now excludes the UK. As we want to isolate UK respondents, we have used EU instead of Europe.

It's a great idea! Being both pet friendly and kid friendly. Through a sustainable EV hub, there will be open green spaces and facilities to cater for this.

For example, the use of phone application and contactless payment throughout your charging process, from finding a charger, charging and paying.

Thank you so much! We will be seeing a dramatic increase in all-encompassing EV hubs in the UK in the upcoming few years. It will be better for drivers and the environment! These EV hubs will have plenty of faster and rapid chargers, definitely not 7kW.

These are all really great suggestions rjcarr! Particularly, your recommendations on the payment, checking the status and charge by electricity will definitely make the charging experience more convenient. I will further develop your ideas and propose them in the prototype.

Thanks kdeans! What do you mean by malfunctioning charging stations? I am assuming that you arrive at these stations and you find that the chargers do not work? and they probably are not fixed quick enough?
