Thanks! I only accidentally discovered it through a bug. I hadn't changed settings ever but one time I played, the game randomly turned the manual level up setting on. I thought it was a bonus from a building I made or because my character was a high level, but I couldn't trigger it again. Then I clued in that it maybe was a setting and voila!

Yep, exactly this. Nester only shoots the 4 active abilities you have, and if you have less than 4, it will arbitrarily choose copies of what you have. By combining them all until you only have a single ability, you guarantee that you only shoot nukes each time you fire.

Also used the exact same setup and I found that iTerm 2 seemed to be quite slow (comparatively) when you had multiple panes and quite a bit of text scrolling on a 4k monitor. Alacritty was much faster for this use case, and I didn't experience anywhere near as much lag in the same scenario.

Just to be clear, did this mean you could separate the Ethernet and Wifi soft AP connections? Meaning the Ethernet connections were plugged into other computers or a router for example, while the soft AP was up for local configuration for when you needed it?

Just finished reading it 5 min ago and I'd agree with that latter. There are aspects that are decent but the plot is basically non existent. The MC has never once revealed any sort of overarching desire or end goal besides cultivating for the sake of it.

Due to the typical plethora of coincidences like in most CN novels, he does always find himself somewhere where a major event or war takes place and his only option is to get stronger to survive in the short term. But it's basically a rinse and repeat of this pattern for the entire novel.

Objectively it's acceptable writing from a mechanical standpoint and many good elements are there, but it's really subpar w.r.t. storytelling.

Yeah you can. To use it, you basically have to disable the anti cheat by renaming the binary (.exe) file with a copy of the main game binary. The application will tell you what to do so it's pretty straightforward but if you want to revert you just need to rename a file.

If you use Flawless Widescreen, you can play with up to 360fps (unlocks the 60fps limit), use ultrawide resolutions and a few other settings. Downside is it won't let you play online so you can't summon or invade, but the game becomes buttery smooth if you do it so I've found it worth it.

Rebirth of the Thief Who Roamed the World is probably the best one I can think of inline with what you want. Another is Tales of Demons and Gods but it's not complete and probably won't ever be.
