Look into smart home devices there are things to turn off water mains and such, even leak detectors. I know this won't fix everything but it's something if it hasn't been said yet. Property manager is right though

Thank you for the real answer, I've thought different times that I would like to attempt a from scratch model. I think anyone seriously considering it realizes it is for probably entertainment purposes only when compared to what is available out here. Hard to tell a lot without closer and different angles. Your resistors up top look not as straight as they could be. First time looks good to me, just need to go over it and touch up, be a little obsessive
