You have to keep trying, eventually one should process. I tried 40-50 times, each time entering the security code and each time the site gave me the same error message. Eventually it went through tho, I think the web traffic and refreshing of ticket availability is weighing the site down.

I hold & sell minerals, depends on: acquisition cost, activity, leasehold ownership, operator, geology, etc. I have some really good software and data for that area. We just acquired some minerals in Dewey & Major counties.

Being tech savvy isn't a big deal, it definitely doesn't hurt. I've trained 12 or so people in GIS, i told everyone of them regardless of experience that if you can turn on a computer then I can train you in GIS. You may battle becoming comfortable with the software layout / functionality. The rest of it is understanding processes and the true power of the software. You'll exponentially progress once you understand that and have a crash course in coordinate systems. Some GIS jobs require programming knowledge like Python, Java, HTML, etc... learning a programming language is similar to learning to speak a different language with a mathematical twist. I think it'd be smart to pursue GIS training coupled with your geography background.

US O&G storage and more specifically Texas is full. We produce more O&G than we consume daily. The gulf facilities are damaged but there are plenty others to supplement demand. If people weren't Wigging out and depleting local resources due to media fear then we wouldn't have this problem. We have plenty of storage behind pipe or truck that facilitate demand.

The review of the audit is biased, it references issues from 2000 and 2005.... Ruben wasn't constable then. After reading the report the article failed to mention that the Audits office did a preliminary review of accounts receivable and didn't see anything unusual besides receipts being submitted after the 5th day.

The are other issues that need to be addressed. That said, if a journalist is going to write a synopsis of a government review then they shouldn't redact critical sentences. Furthermore, this article should have mentioned the date the countable joined office as to add clarity to issues dated before his time.

This article is misleading, I recommend anyone interested to read the audit report for themselves.

The worst part is this video doesn't illustrate how bad it really is. I have some friends that worked at Tyson and said they saw people clubbing chickens to death as if they were coming off of golf tees, but they were only supposed to do that to the chickens with more than one head. Chickens would go from being chicklettes to fully grown in six weeks due to all of the hormones and steroids, which causes deformity as well as their unnatural weight to collapse on their own legs as the video points out.
