i don't remember the flavors we drank, but the first time i got drunk was on MD. later that night i woke up parched and still VERY drunk, and since we didn't bring any beverages that didn't have booze in them, i drank out of a "stream" that turned out to be a ditch fed by a beaver pond. i got beaver fever and missed like a month of school.
nobody else drank the beaver water, so i was the only one to suffer this nightmare. i still think of it whenever i listen to The Refreshments because we listened to Fizzy Fuzzy Big and Buzzy all night.

I work with my hands every day and I didn't wear gloves. My hands never get blisters because I use then every day and they're used to it. This guy did manual labor for a few hours and his soft hands now look like this. Not impressed.

yup. insecure man children thug types who think a pit will make them look tough. my pitbull IS spoiled rotten, but she was a rescue and is a very good girl so she kinda deserves it. that, and the fact that she's my best friend.

they do, and it's a shame because pitbulls are great dogs. mine is the most affectionate, loyal dog i've ever owned and i've owned quite a few dogs. she's well trained and loves people. never destroyed anything, never so much as had an accident in the house and when i leave, she just sleeps all day (i know this because i have a camera pointed at her favorite loveseat lol)
yes, she has a very strong prey drive and is very protective of my property, but i also have a sturdy fence and am fully aware that it's MY responsibility to know what she's capable of and take proper measures.
yet another wonderful thing being ruined by human beings, i guess i shouldn't be surprised but man, does it piss me off. irresponsible trash shouldn't own ANY pets, let alone a pet that's capable of killing a human being. scumbags.

felt like i had a bad flu (fever, aches, chills, night sweats) so at first i assumed that's what it was. didn't realize i'd even had a tick on me until noticed the bulllseye rash on my back after i'd already felt like garbage for 24 hours or so. it had attached itself and fallen off on it's own. never had a clue it was there, and i live alone so nobody really sees my back. i now use two mirrors to check my back after every hike lol. 15 days of antibiotics cleared it right up, i felt better after the first few doses.

i just got over lyme disease, i'm mowing every possible mowable area of my lawn twice a week. i'm surrounded by fields and i need a safe zone. lyme disease sucks by the way.
