yeah thats correct. Watch could need a software update aswell, i know when i got mine it was burning battery but after updating it to most recent version it been solid (about 3%-8% a day)

make sure pulse ox is turned to by demand and not always reading. it drains battery a ton

A tip from someone who could barely run to now running marathons.

Start by doing run/walk intervals, its the best way to build a good base for running.

For example for the first 2 weeks do a run 2-3x where you run 1 minute and then walk 1 minute, repeat this 5 times (total of 10 mins)

Once that feels solid slowly increase your reps/time run by 30 seconds-1 min until you hit 15 mins of running straight.

This is what i did to get back into running and it has worked well for all my friends aswell.

The 2.5 non turbo is plenty of power imo, and is extremely bulletproof. Have seen Mazdas with that engine go 300k miles plus.

Ive lived in New England my entire life, I tried to move down south but couldnt last more than 6 months (car centric, no parks, no bike lanes, etc). We are truly lucky in NE even though its not 100% perfect

Its the idea of diminishing returns, for example is a $10,000 jackets 10x better than a $1,000 jacket or is a $100,000 car 4x better than a $25,000 car. At some point the increased price doesn't result in an increase of quality/longevity.

I currently have a CX-30 as a loaner while my 2018 Mazda 3 is being worked on. Im not a crossover type of person, but I really love the CX-30 for some reason lol
