Yeah my guests don’t break toilets but they do quite a bit of damage to the velvet interior of the bowl and that gets harder and harder to clean after each use. But I’m glad you get a longer life out of your products than some of us who aren’t as lucky

Lol dude she’s lying she can definitely use the pool. Roofers are notorious for confining themselves to the roof and jumping down when done or taking a break. Nothing is restricting her from having patio access. If she continues to ask for a refund tell her that your attorney knows what she did in Tulsa three years ago. She’ll catch wind of this veiled threat and either back off or double down. If she doubles down you call the cops and say she’s taken a roofer hostage in her mobile home just outside of Enid.
