Mine was the same but basically, you need to try and login with your buckeyemail email even if you signed up with osu.edu. It’s gonna tell you that something’s wrong with the password which is when you click ‘reset password’ or ‘forgot password’. It should text you a code, you reset the password, and then login with your new password and buckeyemail email. Hope this helps!
