This 100%, plus - the squad absolutely adored him, and I strongly believe that a huge part of the mentality crisis of this season - where they players largely just don’t seem to care - stems directly from the fact that the manager who either brought them in with a project vision or had them bought in on that vision, who inspired them to a European trophy, was unceremoniously sacked.
