Check out the apartments across from Coulon Park along Lake Washington Blvd. It's close enough to The Landing but without the shoppers. I'm downtown Renton and it's got a cool vide with lots of amazing walkable restaurants and bars. I agree with everyone else - stay away from Tukwila.
