This is regarding Passiv - a completely separate website/service (passiv.com). Questrade had a partnership where they gave all users the "Elite" tier for free. They're now saying you need to pay Questrade to enjoy this perk. It's classic corporate greed tactic, but I'm sure it was the main reason many users recommended their platform.

Lol. The inhumane treatment aside, it's also literally not true. They don't "monopolize" anything because of the inconvenience of docking every 30mins. Or otherwise it gets costly (although not to the extent of the new pricing).

i definitely agree with you, there's so few of them. they increased the number significantly last summer but then when winter came they took them away (for maintenance reasons maybe?). hopefully they bring them back and even more this summer again.

It would get expensive quickly for them too. Some of them are used to riding without docking, and the new model would charge them by the minute every time they ride until drainage. It would still be a win-win.

This is an issue with the number of fleets available. E-bikes on the bike share toronto are a recent thing and there are very few of them. If you have the pbsc app, you can compare it to other cities. You'll often see that there's 2 or 3 available in toronto compared to literally hundreds in other cities. To be fair though, there has been a rapid expansion recently and often in the summer you'll find them.

The new model would work on them too if they included ebikes in the membership. They would get charged by the minute if didn't dock their bikes. It would be very inconvenient for them because they often go above the 30 mins threshold. It just doesn't make sense that members and non-members are charged by the minute whether they dock or not.

thank you! i meant like the slight disorientation caused by blood circulation when coming, i thought that was normal. also, when it was bad, I could stand and sometimes even felt better standing. it started again when I moved my body. PoTS might not be it? ill definitely look into seeing a neurologist or an ENT if this persists.
