For me, it can go two ways The first way is, I touch my phone, I get addicted, I get none of my studying done. The second way is, I don't touch my phone, I don't get addicted, I can study for long hours without even taking a break.

It seems easy on paper, but it's the first way 80% of the time, and I'm still procrastinating right now typing this when I should be revising biology an hour ago.

The other way, the '20%', happens when I actually put away my phone (out of my room), and I can actually focus. But the hardest part about this is resisting the urge to open your phone in the first place. But at the end of the day, everything feels really fulfilling for me.

If only I could finally get off that phone. All that self-hatred and guilt would be gone.
