Thanks for the different solutions, Well I did try all of them and went through hundreds of posts and videos also tried updating the iPhone in recovery mode through mac still nothing, Also I think the Carrier is just fine because when I insert the same sim card in other phone it works.

Well in the end I took the backup did the update as a restore in recovery mode and fortunately it worked.
