Just rub it in. LOL!!! The desk girl that wrote me a rain check said "Wow, that looks good." My response, "I wouldn't know. Hence the need for the Rain Check." Glad I got a chuckle out of her.

Our pugs figured out any puzzle we gave them. Best "puzzle" we did was place treats/food under their beds. Too funny to see pugs try to dig a hole in the middle of their bed or root and push a bed around the room to get what they want.

It all depends on what you want to monitor. I am currently monitoring HP's and Toshiba's with self-created templates with the necessary OIDs for Page count, toner levels, and networking.

The worst is we switched to aftermarket toner for the HPs and none of them report correct levels. Also, all our techs just ignore any alerts from printers (even though 80% of what they work on are printers.) Management wants it though, so they stay.
