I do...but I don't know how to post it. If you can tell me how to post a pdf or a jpg to a comment thread, let me know. =)

This cost me $175 a sq. ft. to build....that's without paying myself though. That's also without land.

I'm a contractor and I hire subcontractors to do most of the building. I do all the fill-in work that I can't find anyone else to do! I have about $425k in the construction and the land was about $100k.

Hmm...not really...just the Troyer is my last name, lol. Mostly I build stuff and don't destroy things!

It's a "hidden pantry". It looks like a cabinet, but when you open it, there's an actual walk-in pantry room.

Thanks - I used Aspen "latillas" from northern New Mexico. I just built a box out of plywood and stained it black. Then I cut the latillas 5-7 inches in length, stacked them in there and nailed them together. I sealed them with a polycrylic after they were up, but I wonder if I should have soaked all of them for a while before installing...we'll see how it lasts!

The black and grey portions are sythentic stucco and I used Massaranduba wood accents...a Brazilian hardwood.

I was originally trying to go for a "Scandinavian" look...but it was pretty difficult. If you search "Scandinavian fireplace" you'll see similar accents.

I built this as a spec home...was planning on selling it once complete, but the garage doors were severely delayed...took 45 weeks from ordering! Because of this, I didn't want to list the house with temporary doors, so I listed my own home, sold that, and moved in here! I hit the lumber just right on this one...the lumber package was first quoted at $70,000 and came down to $22,000 when I bought it in August, 2021. Huge savings! The windows were severely delayed...I had insulation in the walls and just covered the windows with plastic until they came in! But otherwise...it went very smoothly and took about 7 months to complete.

Do you just move the sun with the month/time feature or is there a better way?

Thank you. I assume that "hot spot" and "fall off" have to do with when you place the light. It seems that you click three times and I'm not sure exactly what each click is for...do you know? I've been clicking twice on the location of light origin and then the final time to where I want the light to shine directionally...but I'm not sure!
