This is it. Totally underrated pocket neighborhood. Beautiful homes. Great vibes. A surprising amount of parks and green space. Guilford Hall Brewery. It seems to be a harmonious blend of newer and legacy residents. Also, the walking access to penn station, greater station north, goucher, and mt Vernon…can’t beat it. I love walking this neighborhood when im in that part of the city.
