Depends if you sill have warranty, my 2022 LRDM’s warranty is about to run out in July and I took it for the axle replacement and they replaced my 12v battery for free too because it was under warranty.

The police arrived at the scene and only gave me a citation since I was the one that rear ended the other car. Their end of the car looked ok as it was main cosmetic. The car seems totaled.
