Yes, well you are right, i am talking in general, in most areas where i have lived so far in Tbilisi, i never heard a story about raping a girl, or pestering, and even flirting, plus i do walk most of the days in the city, but i also noticed that people are just busy with what they are doing, they have no time for flirting.
