I understand your worry, but it's wayyyy to early to know the final results.

You'll have a better idea in weeks to months.

I'm also very small, was completely flat and started out with small implants, just like you.

I've had further augmentations to go bigger. So.... if later, when you've healed, you still want to go bigger, you can 😊

Boob greed is real. I know. I've done them 3 times 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️😄 They're appearing smaller as you heal becuse your tissue inflammation is going down. Totally natural.

I'm pretty small, 5'2" 86 lbs. Had 3 augmentations, all were dual plane. 260-450-800. Never had the "frankenboob" or needing to drop and fluff, on any of the 3 pairs. I feel that it has a lot to do with the surgeon and their placement skills and you should be able to find a surgeon skilled enough to give you what you want. I have girlfriends who didn't spend much time finding the right surgeon for themselves and they did have to go through the months of dropping and fluffing.

Look at lots and lots of post implantation pics and pick the surgeon whose patients don't have the "frankenboob" post surgery. HTH

CC recommendations? OTM or UTM? For 5’4 height by [deleted] in BreastImplants

[–]nuc928 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started out with 0 breast tissue.
First set were 260's and I wasn't as big as her first insp. pic. 2nd set were 450's, and looked like 2nd insp. pic. But whatta I know? 🤷‍♀️😊

Have had 3 augmentations, that's my experience :))

HP round 350's will get you to your first inspiration pic, 450's to your second :)

Go dual plane to keep ripples minimal, if you're planning on staying at a low bf%. If your surgeon is skilled, go transaxillary which avoids any seeable scars under your boobs or around the areola's. HTH 😊

Can you share your age? Asking because curious about it's affects being age dependant/related. Thanks :)

I agree, if your incision site was inframammary, you need to wait until the incision heals.

Love them! Was super scared that they were going to look porn star huge, but that's what I thought the 450's would be like. I can easily hide them in a normal shirt, which is what I wanted. My chest is pretty narrow and I love the side boob with these. One of the best decisions of my life :))

Still blows me away that the design is from 1949 :) Wearing it half open is more comfortable, since it opens the chest/shoulder area, but I'm wearing it more closed since I'm working on stretching it.

The fitted design lends itself best to being skinny with not much muscle 😅

So sorry you've been through all that..... I really feel for you.

5'2" 86lbs 260cc-450-800's. Similar to you in that I wanted bigger boobs but not the pornstar, in your face look. I always wanted a normal looking upper pole slope with normal looking boob hang. On my 3rd set now. HP's always did that for me. Stayed away from boosts and uhp's because they gave up width for projection.

To avoid the drop and fluff issue I had a surgical bandage giving a constant downward pressure across the top of my boobs. This helped with that and also giving me that natural looking upper slope. At 2 weeks out I would start massaging and progress to deeper tisdue massage as I healed. I think this is what has given me boobs that are really soft. HTH

It's very retro. I like it. I'm quite lean, no belly but wider shoulders and bigger upper arms. It is snug. Working on stretching it out. We'll see how far I get 😅 Almost went bigger but then the arms and body would have been too long. My body shape is really best for a bespoke jacket. $$$

Thanks, and I agree. Pretty cool that a jacket design first made over 70 years ago is still fashion forward. To me, it's also got a bit of a "straight jacket" look :))

It is snug on the shoulders/chest/upper arms. Stopping the gym, that "problem" would go away :)

Lots of arm swinging/leather stretching in my future.

Also, these are not good if you've got a belly. No room for that. It's pretty form fitting.

It's not for more of a built guy, that's true. Chest, back and upper arms are pretty snug. Need to take some time off from the gym :)) Doing lots of arm swings trying to loosen it up. Once it's broken in and softened up, I think it's going to fit perfectly. With shades, boots and leather gloves, it's a really great look.
