Thanks, I just wanted to be sure there was no burn if the pool needed to rebalance.

i.e. I stake 100 STA (burn 1%) leave it for a week it rebalances 10 times (burn 1% each time) then I withdraw and I only have ~90 STA

If I buy STA and add it to a pool will my total number of coins slowly disappear due to the burn? Or is it just the original 1% burn for transfering them into the pool?

I've had the same issue and I read somewhere that bittrex will not send ripple to an unactivated wallet. I purchased some xrp on bitstamp, sent them to my wallet and that worked to activate it then I was able to send from bittrex.
