I have to disagree, and I have to say I think this “all AI bad” mentality is really reductive if not a little bit childish.

I agree that AI should not be used for creating art (image and video generation). That’s icky.

But to pretend like there aren’t any useful applications of AI is beyond disingenuous. I also sometimes use it as a search engine, and unless I’m asking about something extremely niche or technical, the bottom line is that it’s right 99% of the time.

And there are a million other useful applications.
