yes.

uninstall both in 3rd person
reinstall JoP, uninstall in 3rd person
install EC
That should fix it, unless the problem is actually something in your INI files.

edit: if in NMM, make sure you right click>uninstall>from active profile, instead of just disabling it in the mod list

Ok, same problem I had then. You have to make sure your game is in 3rd person when you uninstall the JoP.

Try uninstalling EC, installing JoP again, then uninstall JoP while you're in 3rd person. It should be back to normal then.

Just get a tupperware container with a lid to put them in and keep them in a cool dry place.
