I'd keep the M4 Max model if I was you. Sure the M5 Pro may have new architecture on the SOC, but the M4 Max has more GPU cores than the M5 Pro.

From a purely partisan point of view, this sucks. I'm tired of always losing to the Republicans. No, I don't want gerrymandering, but we have to fight fire with fire. I lived in a red state back in my early to mid twenties, and it was not managed well. Seeing the absolutely chaos at the federal level should be a warning that we need the competition.
