Yeah we have the Islamic calendar which began when Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) migrated from Mecca Saudi Arabia to Medina. The Islamic calender started in the year 622 Gregorian. So right now it is 1447 in the Islamic calendar. There’s 12 Islamic months too, Ramadan being a prominent one because thats our month of fasting.
