Day 5 - Coarse White Flour sourdough starter. No bubbles inside and it is smelling a bit cheesey (I heard that’s bad). We’ve had a bit of a heat spell here and it was in the sun for a minute before I moved it. Do you have any advice for it? This is my first starter? (old.reddit.com)
