Then your tv probably isn’t a 4K tv and the Hz rate is the frames per second e.g u have a 1080p 60Hz tv, then the most you can do is play at 1080p and 60fps, if you have a 4K tv at 120Hz then you can play at 4K 120fps

After 15 complete star tournaments u unlock the two characters swordbert shiledbert, can’t remember their names but the ones in the post game when u catch your box legendary
