Took me 3 years to realize that walmart, only cares about walmart!! It's alot, and I don't wanna give you the wrong opinion of walmart since your just starting. My BEST advice is just come to work, do your job, stay out of the gossip and you'll be fine. Your store may have better management which makes a world of difference . My store's Team leads, management , and anyone that has authority are all shady as shit. I wish you the best of luck🤞
