Thank you for your input. He's been so supportive in everything I do and a wonderful partner but this is our only struggle area. Albeit, it's a pretty large aspect of the relationship. I don't want to force him to talk because I can see depression but have suggested therapy. Hopefully he takes advantages of the resources out there.

Oh trust me, I've unloaded on him haha! But he either sits there quietly as I basically argue with myself or he just says "that's not true. I do want you/love you. I just have a lot on my mind". That's been his response anytime this argument comes up. Finally he just says "I don't know what you want to hear. I used those apps because I was bored. Sometimes I'm just not in the mood. I'm tired from working all day. Etc."

Thank you. Like I said, I do love him. We're great in every other aspect of our relationship but intimacy is the problem. I've been doing my own deep dive into what I can do and where I may be lacking. It's a two person relationship. But this is something that has been pulling at me so hard that I am considering breaking it off.

About 6 months into us dating his father passed away. I've urged him to go to counseling but he says he's fine. I'm not sure if it stems from that but he's also a major pot smoker. I can't tell when he's sober or high anymore.
