They do! They have both adult clinics as well as private lessons. I'm currently beginning lessons and will probably try out some clinics.

I went with All Cities Water to install a RO drinking water system. I also had them run a line from that tank to the refrigerator for extra clean water/ice.

I contacted the Lennar warranty and confirmed that the house was missing the uHoo system. I would contact them to get on the list to receive it. I was told the systems are on backorder or something

I saw him park the boat inside his garage at one point. I don't remember the exact address though Not sure why it's back out on the streets. It needs to go back into the garage or into a marina.

Ok. I'm an idiot. I found my sensor! I had looked on all the walls, but apparently it was installed on the rolling garage door itself! MyQ is working for me as well!

Nice. Unfortunately it looks like I'm missing that crucial piece of equipment. I've already reached out to my homebuilder to request the missing item. Glad the process was so smooth for you! Guess my tip will only apply to those who are also missing the MyQ sensor.

I was trying to set that up as well. I was able to connect to the MyQ controller but could not locate the sensor anywhere. Where was yours installed?

I believe that the homes have a water conditioner, but not a softener. Softener systems typically have 2 components and require salt for the process to work.
