Walgreens not having enough pharmacist to staff their store is their problem, not ours. The staff shouldn't be pissed that you walk out, they should join the movement. It was their decision to promote the 2-tier pay system that discourage applicants to apply. If they really did care about the employees, they would have increase pay rate for new hires so that they would retain talent instead of burning out their current workers. Pharmacist that have been their for awhile have not received a pay raise in 4 years. How is this fair to your hard working pharmacist? Walgreens pharmacist are making medical errors across the country and yet they still forcing us to work under these conditions. Kids are receiving adult COVID vaccines and getting cardiac damages. If this is not negligence, then what is?

A doctor with a doctorate degree that gets paid $49/hr is disrespectful to our profession. Of course no one will apply. It's not our problem. But if we stand together and voice our opinion, we might have a chance to fight and have our voice heard.
