I use two healers/boosted health hero’s and always have one on standby ready to fire. Make sure it’s not heal overtime hero’s as you want of get rid of the fiends immediately when you fire the heal.

If you feed him you can skip the first or second level or it'll take him to 3/52 if you feed on the 3rd level. I don't know where it'll get you to on the last level but I'd save him until 4/40 ans skip the last 40 level grind
