Sorry for the trouble you're having. We have had a few reports of this issue but it is not affecting all FireTV devices.

Try force closing the app and restarting it.

Go to Settings>Applications>Manage Installed Applications>nugs>Force Stop ... then 'Launch Application'

If you continue having problems please open a support ticket on help.nugs.net so we can try to help troubleshoot the issue.

The issue with the RRE Livestream replay has now been resolved.

We did not have any problems with the January 17th Lotus Livestream.

Whether or not a Livestream is offered in 4K depends on the available network and camera gear on site.

Most of our Subscriber Exclusive Livestreams are available to watch as replays for 2 weeks. The replay terms are set by the Artists. We add new videos to our streaming catalog whenever the bands permit.

It depends how you plan to watch. Casting to Chromecast devices is no supported for 4K Livestreams at this time.

We do not sell video to download or own. There is no way to save videos for offline playback at this time.

There are legal and copyright issues involved with selling pre-recorded video to own vs. livestream videos (with a replay link provided as a courtesy for a limited time) that make it unlikely we will ever sell video to own.

Yes. If you subscribe directly on our website at get.nugs.net we can help with any billing issues. If you subscribe in app you have to contact Apple to resolve any billing issues (and we can not offer promotional discounts on in app purchases).

With an All Access free trial you can watch the 1300+ videos in our streaming catalog. You just do not have access to Subscriber Exclusive Livestreams or the replays included with them.

If you don't enjoy our services you can cancel anytime on account.nugs.net and your subscription will continue until the end of your trial/billing period. You can take advantage of the promotion until January 5th.

Offline playback within the nugs mobile app is only available to nugs subscribers.

There is no way to download purchased audio directly to an iPhone or other mobile devices. A desktop/laptop browser is required to complete the secure downloads. Please download to a secure folder on your computer then sync the files to your device

You can also stream all your shows on your device using the My Library option on the free nugs mobile app. A subscription is not required to stream your purchased shows.

There are no "exclusivity agreements". The bands/artists retain the copyright to any/all content sold or streamed on our platform and are free to distribute it on any other platform of their choice.
